Truckin'

Day 5 of the 2014 Hot Rod Power Tour was 325.4 miles of automotive bliss. Actually, it was a few more miles than that. A side trip to chase down a charger for my camera battery (to no avail) and a wrong turn put a few more clicks on our odometer. We started in Sandusky, Ohio. We ended in Crown Point, Indiana. The blacktop between those two cities weaved across southern Michigan and included a complimentary lunch stop at Lane Automotive. You can take in a few scenes from our trip before enjoying some of the trucks on today's tour.

When we arrived at Lake Country Fairgrounds I noticed the sign, "ONE LANE - NO TRUCKS." Conspicuously parked adjectent to this sign was a truck (the red Chevy in front of the covered bridge). That juxtaposition supplied the idea for today's focus: Truckin'.  Enjoy.
